D.A.M. Was pretty late to this one since I got into The Soft Moon through the more recent albums. But I am definitely making up for lost time now, this is such a masterpiece. I am loving every song to death. Can hear the trademark sound, dark vibes and textures that got everyone talking about this amazing artist. Makes total sense Favorite track: We Are We.

Raised under the burning sun of the Mojave desert, Vasquez channels both his punk upbringing and Afro-Cuban heritage to sculpt decidedly dystopian soundscapes for a new generation of torn romantics. It's a brilliant debut set somewhere in the near post-apocalypse where technology enchants as much as it destroys.
